It is also known as bean curd and made by soy milk. Then soy milk pressed into solid blocks. The origin of tofu is from china. Tofu is known as a very healthy food with high amounts of nutrients.
Lets take a sample of 100g tofu , It has :
Protein: 8 g
Carbs: 2 g
Fiber: 1 g
Fat: 4 g
And Manganese,calcium,selenium,phosphorus,copper,magnesium,iron and zinc. This is one of the highest nutrient-dense foods in the world. So this is the best egg substitute for vegans and to make vegan scrambled eggs diet.

So this is the best egg substitute for vegan or vegetarians because of this taste the same as eggs. And has equivalent or more nutrients than eggs.
8 ounces firm tofu (225 g)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/3 cup Soy Milk (80ml)
1/8 tsp ground black pepper (after the frying)
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Let’s make this Vegan Scrambled eggs diet :
- Chop the tofu by form to small pieces.
- mix the spices and add the soy milk to make the sauce.
- Add some oil to the pan and switch the cooker. When it is hot, add the tofu and fry it a few minutes. After that add sauce slowly as you like.
- Add ground black pepper as you like.
