Always don’t give celery as regular food for them. Always mix celery with food pellets or hay. Too much celery can cause diarrhea, which can be very dangerous for the guinea pig. Give celery maximum 2 to 3 times per week and give small parts. That’s my recommendation. If you can make a salad with celery, the Guinea pig will love it.If you read my previous articles, You know that i said to avoid iceberg lettuce. Don’t mix that and always give small portions from each.
So my last words are cut celery to small parts and give small portions with other vegetables, pellets or with hay to guinea pigs.
