Antioxidants can prevent cell damages happen by free radicals.So can prevent cancer cell development also. Antioxidant named sulforaphane can prevent high blood sugar and also can control cholesterol levels. Anyway, if food has high Antioxidants content, it will always help to have good health. Another good thing is it will reduce the markings caused by tobacco smoking.

Also, mind that too much broccoli can cause diarrhea and digest problems.So that will be very painful for guinea pigs. Guinea pigs symptoms for diarrhea are a loose stool and no appetite. So always give small portions of broccoli and give maximum 3 times per week.A guinea pig can eat Broccoli leaves and stalk also.

Always cut broccoli to small parts and that will be easy for a small guinea pig to eat. As always, every time wash broccoli well before giving to guinea pigs and don’t give them cooked broccoli.You can give all three types of broccoli for the guinea pigs.no problem.
