Del Taco cheesecake bites were really weird. first of all they look like mini egg roll. now it is expecting at all. so you see inside a decent amount of cream and chocolate inside of them. this is gonna sound really weird. but they tasted just like crab rangoon or like cheese wontons. definitely had that lighter cheese mixed with the savory crust of a crab rangoon. I would not have expected that. were they good? yeah. it was not what I was expecting at all. if you guys go to Del Taco try them and let me know what you think.

Cheesecake bites recipe

Add two blocks of room temperature cream cheese to the mixer and let that mix on high speed for about four minutes. Then lower the speed and add in half a cup of white sugar and once that’s mixed together, add in 1 cup of sour cream,two eggs and two teaspoons of vanilla extract.

Now in a bowl, mix half a cup of white sugar and two tablespoons of cinnamon. Get a pan, grease it. Then add in half of that cinnamon sugar mixture. then get a crescent dough and put it inside the pan. Now here you’ll add the cheesecake filling and spread it evenly. Now add another crescent dough on top and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. let it cool down and refrigerate in the fridge for at least four hours but preferably overnight. then cut them into bite-sized pieces and add strawberries and lechera and enjoy
