The main difference is cane sugar made from sugar cane and it’s slightly less refined than white sugar. Therefore it retains more color and flavor in some nutrient from the sugarcane. 

How those sugars made?

Actually there are only difference between the commercial white sugar and the evaporated cane sugar. It is that the latter goes just through one last step of refinement. also in the market we can find right now raw organic cane sugar. well that’s organic that’s a good thing right. it’s definitely the last process that a refined white sugar. and it contains some of their regional nutrients that you can find in the sugarcane. so the only thing I can say it’s a better choice than a regular white sugar but it’s still sugar.

What is refined white sugar?

This is the product that is completely stripped off all nutritional value and it provides only empty calories. also the sugar that’s available commercially more than 65% of it is GMO. because it’s made from GMO sugar bits. so at all costs stay away from that. so this is empty calories, it raises your blood sugar levels you know skyrocketing you don’t really want to eat that. sugar is a very good preservative so that’s why we could see it in so many different places. By all means stay away from high fructose corn syrup.
