How to make strawberry mint lemonade

Get six lemons sliced first. just for a little bit of extra aromatic flavor. This kind of lemonade is like a macerated lemonade instead of taking juice and mixing it with sugar and water. I’m gonna mash my lemons and limes and strawberries together with some sugar and then add my water and let it steep. kind of like tea. And you’re gonna be surprised at the great flavor that you get from the zest of the lemons and the limes. So add your strawberries, lemons and limes to a tall pot. and then add 3/4 of a cup of granulated sugar. and then start mashing. What you’re looking to do here is get all of the juices running and the flavors melding together. you just want to do it until everything is nice and broken down. It could be up to five minutes. 

So you can see now the juices are coming out and everything is starting to meld together. you can add your water now. six cups of cold water. this should sit for 30 minutes. you don’t want to let it sit too much longer because there is the peel and there it could get a little bit bitter. so give yourself about thirty minutes and then come back. 

Now all that’s left to do is strain and drink. you can keep it in the refrigerator for you know a day or two and it will be fine. Only difference is this recipe doesn’t have Caffeine & Guarana extract like panera
