Cava cabbage slaw ingredients are red & green cabbage, cilantro leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar & dijon mustard. Its a full vegan dish.

Simple cabbage slaw Ingredients and recipe

• Red cabbage
• Apples
• Carrots
• Maple syrup
• Apple cider vinegar
• Olive oil
• Salt

• Cut the red cabbage in half. then cut it in half again. Take one part and slice it thinly with a chef’s knife or you can do it with a mandolin slicer or with a food processor with a slicing disc. Then transfer into a large mixing bowl
• Cut each apple into pieces. Remove the seeds. Cut them into smaller wedges and slice them into small pieces.
• Add the apples to the cabbage and move on to the carrots.
• Which you can shred with an electric carrot Shredder or with a box grater.
• Then move on to the dressing.
• Get a small jar. Add maple syrup, apple cider vinegar ,good quality extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper.
• Close the lid and shake It.
• Pour the dressing into the bowl add some chopped walnuts and toss the salad until combined. Then taste it and adjust for salt
