You need to have saffron, salt, butter, diced white onion to make saffron basmati rice. of course the Persians saffron is the best.Saffron is expensive spice but this recipe is so yummy & fantastic recipe.
First of all what you need to do wash this basmati rice about four or five times. You need to put saffron in a small dish and put warm water. Then heat up the pan and add some butter, diced white onion and mix them. Add 4 cups of water and mix again. Then add saffron water mixture. When boiling, its time to add basmati rice. Once cooked, its ready to serve. It has nice smell and really taste great and better than CAVA
