My homemade Queso recipe
So first off i take a block of velvety cheese to 32 ounces. i’ve also got a pound of ground sausage that’s already been cooked. then i take a few blocks of cream cheese. then i’ve put two cans of RO-TEL. That’s the diced tomatoes and green chilies kind. and then I put my own diced tomato. i also put some green bell pepper in there too make a little board mild.you can put in jalapeno if you want to make it spicy. Put some garlic. got the grill going at 250 degrees. then add about 30 minutes.Then i mix it all up and then give it another 30 minutes and it’s all done.
just like that you got some bomb dip.
