Citrus lime vinaigrette from Qdoba is a citrusy, fresh and fragrant dressing that you can use as a salad dressing. The ingredients aren’t public but I suggest they use lime juice, vine vinegar, minced garlic, maple syrup & salt.
Simple citrus vinaigrette recipe

we’re going to do a citrus vinaigrette. I use fresh orange zest, lime zest and lemon zest in it, which gives it the real citrusy flavor the real intense flavor.
so the first thing i’m going to do is, zest the orange, the lemon and the lime. Use a little microplaner. it just gets a real outside part of the zest. which is really all you need. that’s where all the flavor is.
Then I’m going to add my acid which is a rice wine vinegar, a little bit of chopped shallots. some lemon juice which is about maybe a tablespoon and about a half cup of orange juice. and some honey. Honey balances out the tartness of the lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
so i’m going to put this in the food processor and try to whip some air into that. and then as that’s whipping I’m going to drizzle the oil into it just a little bit at a time. just a regular canola or soybean oil neutral oil you don’t want like olive oil because it’s too much flavor for this.
