Main difference is Chipotle chips are great but so inconsistent. Pancheros was consistent & lot more serving of guac and also the chips are blue color.For burritos Chipotle is so much tasty but poorly wrapped.
Chips and Guac
The chips from Pancheros are like blue chips. from Chipotle like regular tortilla chips. Pancheros gives you a lot more serving of guac than Chipotle. Pancheros guac tastes like regular. I would say real guac. You know how when you go to a store sometimes when you buy in a grocery store like a guac that’s made already. it tastes like paste .the chips are blue and it does taste like store-bought chips or chips from a bag. but it’s not bad. it’s like a good quality chips too.
Chipotle guacamole tastes very very Avocado. I love both flavors honestly. On these chips I would say Chipotle’s chips. they’re so good, but they’re so inconsistent with their chips. Sometimes it’s so salty. there’s chips that are stale, there’s chips that are full of salt, there’s chips that are not done enough or cooked enough, there’s tips like overdone and they give you a little portion, Pancheros was consistent.
Chipotle queso wins in queso category. so much flavor. it’s spicy. I love the texture. the guac from Pancheros wins for me. I like chipotle chips better. but it’s so inconsistent. Pancheros chips it’s on the thicker side and it tastes like store-bought. so I’m gonna go with Chipotle chips.
Burrito
They are both big. honestly Pancheros wrapped really good like what a perfect burrito that is. chipotle burrito very poorly wrapped. but super good burritos. Chipotle burrito has more and more flavor on their burrito. Both good but, side side by side, Chipotle is like McDonald’s of the burritos. you know like there’s this distinct taste that you cannot find anywhere and nobody can ever like copy.
What I don’t like about Chipotle, sometimes all of this side is rice and I don’t know where to bite. I don’t want to bite of like just rice. you know I’m not gonna lie both are really really good I like the flavor of Chipotle better.
